General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. General
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Center Taxi Luzern, owner Erkenek (hereinafter referred to as "Taxi Company").1.2 By using the service, the customer agrees to these GTC.
2. Services and Prices
2.1 The Taxi Company offers transportation services in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
2.2 Prices are based on the current fares, which are displayed in the vehicles. Special prices and discounts require a written agreement.
2.3 Additional services such as waiting times, luggage service, or special trips may be charged separately.
3. Booking and Cancellation
3.1 Trips can be booked by telephone, email, or via other channels offered by the Taxi Company.
3.2 Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before the agreed pick-up time. A cancellation fee may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Customer Obligations
4.1 The customer must pay the fare immediately after the journey, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 The customer is required to wear seat belts during the journey and to follow the driver's instructions.
4.3 The customer is liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or their companions.
5. Liability
5.1 The taxi company is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
5.2 The taxi company assumes no liability for lost items in the vehicle.
6. Data Protection
6.1 All data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and will not be disclosed to third parties.
7. Jurisdiction
7.1 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Lucerne, Switzerland.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 Amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing.
8.2 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
